Requirements
Valid certification as a Yoga Instructor (e.g., RYT 200 or higher) from a reputable organization. Certification or demonstrable experience in mindfulness coaching or meditation instruction. Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching yoga and/or mindfulness in group settings (online experience highly preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, encouraging teaching style suitable for online delivery. Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Meet) and online streaming technologies. A deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the principles of yoga and mindfulness. Ability to create varied and balanced class plans.
