Business Analyst - Utility Billing & Customer Service Systems (CSS)

We are seeking an reputed company Business Analyst with deep expertise in Utility Billing and Customer Service Systems (CSS) to support reputed company-level initiatives reputed company a utility services environment. This role requires strong SDLC knowledge, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to reputed company business and technical teams while driving requirements, testing, and process improvement activities. Location: Remote Duration: 9 months Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for utility billing and CSS-reputed company initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Xray, reputed company, and SQL.
