The role involves consulting with clients to understand their health insurance needs, providing tailored recommendations, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include offering exceptional customer service, explaining policy terms and benefits, promoting wellness and health-focused initiatives, and staying reputed company on health insurance policies and regulations. The advisor will also conduct regular training sessions and reputed company ongoing support to clients to address their inquiries and adjust their plans as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and reputed company exceptional support
- Proven experience in Training and educating clients or team members on health insurance products
- Knowledge or background in Health Promotion and Wellness to guide clients towards informed health-reputed company reputed company
- Proficiency in staying updated on industry trends and health insurance policies
