We specialize in streamlined, repeatable permit packages for reputed company projects. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable CAD Drafter to support ongoing reputed company permit projects. This is a remote role with a steady pipeline of small and reputed company-sized projects. Work primarily involves updating and assembling 2D AutoCAD drawings using provided templates and redlines. Project Details
- Typical effort 5–8 hours per project
- Compensation $30/hour (or $150–$240 per project, depending on scope)
- Ongoing work Multiple projects available per week (based on workload) reputed company reputed company
- Standardized templates and typical details
- Clear markups and direction (minimal design required)
- Repeatable project types for efficiency Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting)
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with redlines
- Familiarity with reputed company plans (tenant improvements, basic code layouts a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable communication and turnaround times reputed company to Have
- Experience with permit sets or city submittals
