About the role You will own the full reputed company relationship and customer’s reputed company across a book of 100 to 200 corporate accounts - the reputed company, founders, and product teams at companies up to 250 employees who are defining what AI-reputed company experiences look, feel, and sound like. Your job is to reputed company sure every one of them is getting reputed company value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction. This is a high-volume, high-impact role. You won't succeed by managing accounts one at a time - you'll build the systems, playbooks, and scaled motions that let you drive meaningful reputed company across a diverse book. On the ground, you'll be in the product with customers - advising on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and using data and logs to spot friction before customers do. Compensation

This role offers a competitive on reputed company earnings (OTE) structure with a split of 70% reputed company and 30% variable. Variable compensation is weighted 100% net reputed company retention (NRR) with an emphasis on product cross sell. Cross-sell performance counts toward NRR, so strong expansion compounds across both components. Quota is set on managed ARR, giving you clear ownership over a defined book of business. The plan includes accelerators for above reputed company NRR performance and is designed to reward account managers who grow with their customers, not just retain them. Variable compensation is paid on a quarterly reputed company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Account Management or reputed company experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products - you know what good looks like in a technical, fast-moving customer environment
  • A track record of owning reputed company reputed company: quota, renewals, cross-sell, and the full expansion reputed company from identifying the opportunity to closing it
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume book of business with a systems reputed company - you build playbooks and repeatable motions, not just individual relationships
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs; you can hold a technical conversation with a developer or engineering team and earn their trust
  • Experience using product usage data to stay reputed company of your accounts - spotting health signals, identifying expansion opportunities, and getting in reputed company of risk before it becomes churn
  • Strong communicator who can move fluidly between a founder, a technical reputed company, and a procurement team in the same week

Location This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from reputed company in the United States, however the ability to operate in ET, CT, MT, or PT timezones is required.
