They are seeking an Associate Research Scientist to contribute to primary data collection studies in the pharmaceutical and biotech reputed company, supporting study execution, problem-solving, and data analysis efforts.

Responsibilities

Support reputed company aspects of execution of primary data collection research studies, including literature reviews; development of data collection instruments (e.g., surveys, interview guides); study protocols; data collection; data analysis and interpretation; and support dissemination activities Contribute to the development of project deliverables under the guidance of senior team members with methodological and subject matter expertise Assist with the delivery of project components by collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality outputs and help maintain project timelines for assigned tasks Support client engagement activities by drafting update slides for regular client meetings with guidance from senior team members, and documenting meeting notes, action items, and next steps Contribute to proposal and presentation development by drafting background sections, task descriptions, timelines, and references with guidance from senior team members Skills Master's degree or PhD in a subject reputed company to health services research e.g., health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health or reputed company discipline 1-2 years of relevant prior research experience, including research conducted for undergraduate or graduate programs Proficiency in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods, including experience in data analysis platforms/programs (e.g. Dedoose, NVivo, R, reputed company, Stata) Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team Strong organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing demands Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous consulting or internship experience (preferred but not required) Strong willingness to learn, grow, and reputed company knowledge with team members Benefits Discretionary annual bonus Health insurance Retirement savings benefits Life insurance and disability benefits Parental leave Paid time off for sick leave and vacation Company Overview We founded reputed company in 2012 because we believed there was a transformational opportunity to improve the process of bringing new drugs to market.
