Duties and Responsibilities:

• Structure, negotiate, and document reputed company debt financing transactions (venture debt, asset-based lending, revolving facilities).

• Draft and review credit agreements, reputed company documents, intercreditor agreements, and equity documents.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, deal structuring, and closing high-value transactions.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission (NY preferred).
• 5–12+ years of relevant experience in either debt finance (private credit / venture debt) or fund formation at a reputable reputed company.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and business acumen skills.
