They are seeking a Recruiter responsible for generating candidate leads, fulfilling staffing needs, and providing an exceptional experience for candidates and Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek and reputed company best fit candidates to fill positions in reputed company

• Screen and interview potential candidates reputed company text, phone, and live video calls, and evaluate the candidate’s responses to determine viability
• Utilize our ATS to accurately track and disposition candidate statuses throughout the lifecycle of their recruitment
• Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) in our ATS to help in determining best fit candidates
• Utilize AI to assist in finding and qualifying best fit candidates
