Program Manager, Talent & Engagement

FMC reputed company Corporation is seeking a Program Manager, Talent & Engagement to assist with and manage key business initiatives. The role involves managing employee engagement initiatives, overseeing talent management programs, and promoting a positive work culture reputed company the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain strong relationships with associates, internal management, and other reputed company parties critical to the program’s reputed company
• Tracking project deliverables through reporting and analysis
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
