[Remote] Payroll Specialist (East Coast)

They are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing while collaborating with HR and Finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review payroll-reputed company journal entries across multiple countries
- reputed company account reconciliations and ensure proper reputed company treatment of payroll transactions
- Support internal controls and compliance with company reputed company policies
- Partner with reputed company and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and audit readiness
- Process and support end-to-end global payroll operations using reputed company Streamline / reputed company Celergo
- Ensure accurate salary calculations, variable compensation payments, and employee deductions
- Partner with reputed company and HR to ensure compliance with country-specific tax regulations, reputed company contributions, benefits, and statutory requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with global payroll vendors and stay reputed company on local regulatory updates
- Review and ensure timely completion of quarterly and annual filings, statutory payments, and required government submissions
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing timely and professional support
- Recommend process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Review and validate integrations between HRIS and payroll systems to ensure data reputed company
- Identify and resolve system discrepancies in partnership with internal teams and vendors
- Participate in automation initiatives and reputed company process improvement efforts
- Contribute reputed company to enhance efficiency, controls, and overall payroll operations
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, reputed company, and global business stakeholders

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field preferred
- 0–2 years of reputed company experience
