Payroll Administrator (fixed term)

Vitacress is the leading supplier of Herb and Salads products in the UK. As a Payroll Administrator, you will deliver end-to-end payroll support for our UK teams, ensuring colleagues are paid accurately and on time while responding to payroll queries with reputed company and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support the full payroll cycle, focussing on our weekly paid colleagues, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain and update our HR system (reputed company), including processing changes, deductions, and benefits
• Respond to payroll queries with reputed company, reputed company, and professionalism
• Ensure reputed company payroll data is captured correctly and in line with compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and support reputed company improvement
• Stay up to date with payroll legislation, system updates, and best practice
• Ensure colleagues are paid accurately and on time, every time
• Help create a positive, supportive experience for employees with payroll queries
• Contribute to efficient, compliant payroll operations
• Support improvements that reputed company processes smoother for both employees and the HR team
• Play a part in building a collaborative, trustworthy, and reputed company improvement-focused team

Skills

• Have experience in payroll or are eager to build on a career in this area
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in getting things right
• Enjoy supporting people and communicating reputed company
• Are comfortable handling confidential information
• Have good working knowledge of reputed company Office
