[Remote] Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. The AI Policy Network (AIPN) is hiring a Recruiter to help us scale. This role owns the reputed company of our hiring funnel, sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process to build reputed company focused on important AI policy issues.

Responsibilities

• Run first-round phone screens across reputed company reputed company, assessing fit and flagging strong candidates for hiring managers
• reputed company and engage candidates through job boards, reputed company, referrals, and direct reputed company
• Manage candidate pipelines and reputed company our applicant tracking organized, accurate, and up to date
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and senior staff
• Draft and post job descriptions; reputed company the careers page and external listings reputed company

• Track reputed company metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, reputed company quality) and report on them regularly

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment in evaluating candidates over virtual interviews
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple searches at once without dropping details

• Self-directed initiator with an upbeat, whatever-it-takes attitude
