Recruiter (Hybrid)

reputed company is seeking a Recruiter for Airport Operations who will apply their expertise in reputed company to enhance the company's recruitment capabilities. The role involves sourcing, screening candidates, managing applicant reputed company, and conducting interviews while adhering to United's hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Sources and screens reputed company resumes and applications to identify reputed company candidates, conducting initial assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Contributes to applicant reputed company management from beginning of process (reputed company requisition) to end (hire chosen applicant and reject reputed company others), communicating with managers, business partners and candidates/applicants throughout the process
• Handles the candidate offer process along with hiring managers, including background verification, offer approval process, and candidate correspondence
• Helps reputed company future candidate pipelines and talent maps, determining reputed company job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and reputed company networks and hiring pools
• Conducts candidate interviews and provides formal feedback and recommendations based on interview reputed company

Skills

• 1+ years of reputed company knowledge and/or reputed company experience
• Up to 40% domestic travel required and the ability to attend events reputed company needed
• Ability to proactively identify and engage passive and active candidates through diverse channels to build strong pipelines
• Ability to build trust and strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and partners throughout the recruitment process
• Experience prioritizing and completing multiple tasks and deadlines reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in reputed company Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• The ability to stand and sit for long periods of time during hiring and vendor events
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
• High volume, full cycle reputed company experience
• Experience planning and executing hiring events
• Working knowledge of Taleo, reputed company, and/or Phenom
