Adult Learning is a trading team reputed company Norfolk County Council that provides a reputed company of services to educational establishments. They are seeking an Employee Support Officer (Resourcing) to support recruitment advertising activities and ensure effective service delivery to customers.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment advertising activity
- Ensure attention to detail and excellent customer service
- Respond quickly and effectively to new issues
- Use electronic systems and adapt to new systems
- Prioritise work and meet deadlines
Skills
- Previous experience of working in an HR or recruitment administration role is required
- Skilled in using electronic systems and reputed company to adapt to new systems
- A flexible approach, reputed company player and the proven ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines is a must
- An understanding of schools and academies together with some knowledge of employment would be desirable but is not essential
