As a reputed company Specialist I, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support the organization's mission, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings and requisitions, ensuring accurate and timely updates across reputed company hiring platforms
• Proactively reputed company and engage candidates through various channels, including job fairs, reputed company media, and professional networks
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, from initial screening to reputed company, ensuring a positive experience
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and reputed company tailored recruitment strategies
• Maintain and track recruitment metrics (such as reputed company and retention rates) to optimize hiring efforts
