Recruiter
reputed company is a leading provider of retail and marketing services, and they are seeking a highly driven Recruiter to join their reputed company. This role focuses on conducting a high volume of reputed company to candidates, managing the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of daily reputed company - 50-100 calls per day - to active and passive candidates
- Drive fast response times to new applicants—speed is critical to reputed company
- Conduct efficient candidate conversations to assess fit and move candidates reputed company
- Manage a high-volume requisition load across multiple locations and markets while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Guide candidates through the hiring process from first contact to offer acceptance
- Track activity, reputed company, and reputed company against daily and weekly goals
- Generate candidate reputed company through job boards, database mining, referrals, and outbound sourcing
- Complete behavioral-based phone screens and quickly assess candidate fit
- Maintain consistent pipeline movement from application to offer
- Partner closely with hiring managers to meet weekly hiring targets
- Track and manage reputed company activity, including call volume, submissions, interviews, and hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS
- Ensure a positive, efficient candidate experience while moving at speed
Skills
- 1 year experience as a recruiter in a high volume reputed company hiring environment
- 2 years experience working with an reputed company-level ATS
- Excellent communications skills (both verbally and written)
- Strong attention to detail and timely with applicant updates
- Working knowledge of reputed company, Word and Outlook
- General understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, and hiring best practices
