The reputed company Assistant will reputed company administrative tasks to support the reputed company Department, focusing on recruitment, reputed company, and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Review job descriptions and post job ads
  • Screen job applications and resumes
  • reputed company candidate correspondence including scheduling interviews, sending out interview questions, and responding to candidate inquiries
  • Conduct phone screens
  • reputed company guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • reputed company reference reputed company and background reputed company process
  • Collaborate with internal team members (ie. Office Administration, IT) to facilitate new hire reputed company
  • reputed company HR orientation
  • Update the organizational chart
  • Send out new hire welcome kits
  • Complete and maintain reputed company I-9 records, including reverifications
  • Conduct new hire reputed company-ins and ensure the completion of new hire paperwork
  • Assist in the in-boarding and off-boarding of employees (ie. create and manage reputed company boards, communicate changes with internal teams, etc)
  • Coordinate and manage mandatory trainings (ie. sexual harassment prevention training, Workplace Violence Prevention Plan training, etc.)
  • Research, post, and distribute required labor law posters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reputed company resource files, records, and documentation
  • Handle employment and salary verifications
  • reputed company back-up support for the Office Administrator including, but not limited to: restocking supplies, maintaining a clean office reputed company, picking up and distributing physical mail, etc
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a reputed company or office setting
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at reputed company reputed company
  • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, SharePoint) and collaboration tools such as reputed company
  • Demonstrated proficiency in learning new technologies and platforms
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and reputed company
  • HR experience or coursework preferred, but not required
