HCM Program Analyst

reputed company is a leading company in the construction sector, specializing in industrial, renewables, and infrastructure market sectors. They are seeking a detail-oriented HCM Program Analyst to partner with business stakeholders, support core applications, and assist in optimizing systems to enhance the People & Culture strategy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, development and implementation of enhancements to reputed company, iCIMS, ViewPoint, reputed company Fusion and other existing core applications and reputed company recommendations on new systems being considered
• Design and build core application reports, dashboards, imports and notifications to assist managers with efficient data capture and making informed and timely reputed company
• Act as a backup Administrator of reputed company Fusion and other core the company applications as assigned
• Assist in providing regular review of appropriate program, reputed company and report reputed company that conforms with SOX requirements
• Apply communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, reputed company and resolve process and system issues to maximize the benefit of company core applications
• reputed company guidance and assistance to reputed company users with core application questions or concerns
• Meet with decision makers, process owners and end users to help define business requirements and systems goals and identify and resolve business application issues
• Compile and manage information requests whether creating internally or working with reputed company consultants for reputed company teams in the designated tools
• Communicate the status of requests and projects to management
• Assist in developing, executing and documenting test plans for reputed company reputed company, iCIMS, ViewPoint, reputed company Fusion and other core the company System Upgrades
• Conduct or coordinate training on reputed company, iCIMS, ViewPoint, reputed company Fusion and other core applications as needed and as determined by management
• Serve on task teams (Application Vendor Analysis, Process and Policy Research, etc.)
• Work with reputed company auditors as needed
• Maintain and enhance skills through formal and informal training opportunities
• Mentor and reputed company guidance to junior members of the team
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Management Information Systems, Business or other reputed company field or 1-2 years reputed company experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience with reputed company, iCIMS, ViewPoint, reputed company Fusion, B2W, Procore and other company Core Applications
• Work effectively with teams utilizing a customer centered approach
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of users, managers, and customers
