This role involves managing enrollments, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with various regulations while partnering with HR, Payroll, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process new hire enrollments and benefit changes in HRIS and benefits administration systems
• Maintain accurate employee records reputed company to promotions, transfers, terminations, pay changes, and qualifying life events
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefits eligibility, enrollments, and plan details
• Conduct routine audits to ensure accuracy across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions and employee eligibility updates
• Support compliance activities reputed company to ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and HIPAA
• Assist with employee communications, benefits materials, and reputed company enrollment activities
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and brokers to resolve employee issues and support service delivery

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• 1–2 years of benefits administration experience
• Working knowledge of ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and HIPAA regulations
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems
• Intermediate reputed company skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• 1–2 years of general HR experience preferred
