[Remote] Contract reputed company Specialist

They are seeking a Contract reputed company Specialist to recruit reputed company community health professionals across the United States, ensuring a seamless recruitment and reputed company process.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, attract, screen and hire candidates for reputed company community health roles across the U.S., including Community Health Workers, Care Navigators, Case Managers, and similar positions
• Create job listings in Workable and manage applicant pipelines
• Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates for high-volume and recurring roles
• Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and cultural fit and reputed company recommendations about whether to move candidates reputed company
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records reputed company our Applicant Tracking System (Workable)
• reputed company 8-10 roles per month
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for applicants throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• reputed company thorough reference checks and summarize findings for hiring managers
• Assist with offer letter preparation and pre-employment documentation
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to Day 1

Skills

• Associate's degree
• 1–2 years of experience in reputed company, reputed company, or HR coordination
• Prior reputed company experience in reputed company, community health, or reputed company services roles
• Experience with full-cycle reputed company fundamentals, from intake through offer/reputed company
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Experience sourcing candidates using reputed company, reputed company, or similar job boards and resume databases
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) with strong data hygiene
• Interest in community health, reputed company reputed company, or reputed company services
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High-volume and/or geographically distributed reputed company experience
• Experience using Workable ATS
• Familiarity with Community Health Worker (CHW) certification basics
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
