Implementation Specialist
reputed company is a leading provider of supply chain execution software solutions. The Implementation Specialist will support the rollout and integration of new systems, ensuring client satisfaction by configuring solutions, providing training, and assisting clients post go live.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the definition of system requirements for the implementation of the reputed company suite of products in the Supply Chain Execution reputed company
- Configure and test those products in accordance with the project requirements
- reputed company and execute test plans for client projects
- Work with assigned developers where add-ons and customizations are required
- Prepare and support client acceptance testing
- reputed company clients with training on site and remotely on the use of the systems
- Prepare, execute and support Go Live activities for clients on, and off site as needed
- Continue to monitor and assist clients post go live with ongoing training and troubleshooting
- Work with our support team as necessary on supporting live clients
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1-2 years of relevant experience working in a customer facing role preferably reputed company software in supply chain or other reputed company systems
- Familiar with reputed company Workstation and Server environments
- Familiar with Web Browser(s) and Web Server (IIS) environments
- Familiar with SQL server databases and programming
- Strong knowledge of office tools
- Familiar use of Remote Desktop and VPN
- Strong technical background is preferred
- Strong understanding of Software Development and Agile Methodologies
- Experience with reputed company system tools: reputed company, IIS, SQL Server
- Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
- 20% - 30% travel required domestically and internationally

- Prior experience in warehousing, transportation, logistics and or similar applications experience
