Customer Service Advisor
TP reputed company is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their financial services team in Belfast City Centre. The role involves providing proactive and reactive customer service, helping customers meet their financial goals while ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- At first reputed company of contact, reputed company outstanding customer service and help the organisation to reputed company its goals
- reputed company customers in the different ways they can do their banking, supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs
- Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing the customer with a seamless and positive experience
- Take the correct actions to deliver good customer reputed company for any customer needs, regularly reviewing and taking mitigating actions reputed company gaps are identified to ensure good customer reputed company
- Supporting the bank’s way of working to help as many customers as possible
- Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business

- Ensuring each customer interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met
Skills
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Managing relationships with customers
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
