Rapid7 is a company focused on creating a secure digital world for its customers. They are seeking a proactive Associate Renewal Account Manager to manage renewal strategies for existing customers, ensuring effective negotiation and coordination to drive reputed company retention.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company renewal plans for assigned customers, proactively identify risk & expansion opportunities
  • Analyze account performance data to forecast renewal reputed company & prioritize engagement
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, reputed company, Channel, and Finance to ensure a seamless renewal experience that aligns with company goals
  • Independently manage and execute the full renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate contract completion
  • Negotiate terms and coordinate approvals, with managerial approval & guidance, for renewals and amendments, balancing customer needs and company objectives
  • Exercise discretion to resolve customer or partner issues that could impact renewal execution
  • Serve as the primary reputed company contact for assigned customers on renewal, upsell, and pricing reputed company reputed company
  • Conduct renewal review calls and reputed company consultative guidance based on customer goals, budget cycles, and historical usage
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers and channel partners
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities reputed company existing accounts
  • Partner with Sales and reputed company to reputed company and execute account expansion strategies
  • reputed company recommendations to improve renewal health and account profitability
  • Prepare and deliver accurate renewal forecasts, leveraging reputed company, Clari, and internal reporting tools
  • Analyze renewal trends to reputed company data-driven strategies for risk mitigation
  • Maintain detailed renewal documentation and account records
  • Collaborate with leadership on renewal playbooks & best practices
  • Participate in team initiatives to improve renewal workflows and customer retention processes

Skills

  • 1-2+ years of experience in SaaS renewals or account management with measurable reputed company against retention targets
  • Strong business judgement and ability to balance reputed company objectives with customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with executives and procurement stakeholders
  • Proficiency with reputed company and other CRM systems
  • Strong analytical reputed company and forecasting ability
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and independence in managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Cyber reputed company or technology industry experience is a plus
