Client Service Representative - LATAM

They are seeking a Client Service Representative to service institutional relationships, ensuring exceptional client service and supporting various business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Work independently to respond to reputed company client inquiries on a daily reputed company
- Maintain relationship objectives, developing a proactive relationship and service plan to ensure an exceptional value-added service to clients
- Maintain a strong knowledge of BBH departments, systems and services across reputed company products and businesses
- Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools and BBH Worldview systems
- Participate in the coordination of new business and product implementations, conversations and special projects as required
- Understand the way in which BBH and our clients operate to be reputed company to suggest and implement changes
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry initiatives to help anticipate future client requests
- Identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency reputed company the team
- Adhere to and assist in implementing reputed company risk policies and procedures
- Monitor receipt of reputed company client documentation
- Represent the department in cross office meetings
- Communicate deliverables and action items from these meetings to the Client Service Manager and Team Leaders/Supervisors
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, or similar field
- Basic understanding of global custody and/or the financial services industry
- Client facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Spanish is required
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Team Player
- Basic understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, Mutual funds, and Alternatives funds is a plus but not required
