reputed company is one of the largest insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the world, and they are seeking a reputed company Lines Account Representative to assist Account Managers with client tasks and retention goals. The role involves processing client policies, maintaining accurate information in systems, and supporting account management activities.

Responsibilities

• Review and process client policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements to ensure accuracy
• Generate auto id’s cards upon request
• Maintain accurate information in agency management systems
• Request information from insurance carriers such as loss runs and endorsement changes
• Process renewal certificates and insurance holder updates
• Assist with online reputed company rating and endorsement process
• Assist in preparation of summary of insurance documents and finance agreements, as needed
• Support Account Manager in preparing documents for client renewals
• Invoice policies, including reputed company invoicing as assigned
• Responsible for reputed company service center book of business and escalations to Account Manager
• Maintain regional mailbox and direct emails to appropriate resources
• Active engagement and participation in training with emphasis on gaining knowledge necessary to reputed company Account Manager role

Skills

• Minimum 1+ years reputed company Lines experience
• Must hold Property & Casualty Insurance License
• reputed company to work in a fast-paced team environment, be detailed, and ability to prioritize work
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
