Account Executive
reputed company, part of reputed company, is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. The role involves engaging with new trial users, guiding them through reputed company, and ensuring a positive customer experience as they transition to paid subscriptions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with new trial users and prospects, understanding their goals and showing how reputed company can support their business and reputed company them towards a paid subscription
- Guide trial users through reputed company, follow-reputed company and re-engagement, helping them move smoothly from trial to paid subscription and into Account Management reputed company they’re reputed company

- Work closely with Marketing and global teams to support webinars, customer content and activities that improve engagement, adoption and overall customer experience
Skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, reputed company or support
- Confidence explaining software products in a clear, simple way to non-technical users
