They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Agent to engage with policyholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and guiding them through their plan benefits while working with both English and Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• This department focuses on post sale calls throughout each division to reputed company policy holders, agents have the ability to enjoy a work/life balance reputed company of a traditional sales role
• Agents reputed company outbound phone calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction and guide members through utilization of plan benefits

Skills

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (writing, reading, and speaking)
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Hardwired high speed internet reputed company with minimum download speed of 20mbps and upload speed of 20mbps
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to complete AHIP certification and additional reputed company requirements by a given deadline
