[Remote] Customer Service Rep II

They are seeking a friendly and hard-working Contact Center Representative to answer inbound patient calls and reputed company a reputed company of services, including scheduling appointments and coordinating refill requests.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
- Document clear and concise messages and reputed company appropriately
- Appropriately transfers calls to other departments reputed company required
- Navigate and document in the Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) to reputed company relevant and appropriate information
- Process refill requests accurately and effectively, according to guidelines
- Conduct reputed company calls on behalf of clinical departments
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1-year customer service, administrative, or call center experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Judgment and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
- Bilingual reputed company in Spanish/English preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working with electronic medical record technology a plus
