[Remote] Customer Support Agent

They are seeking a Customer Support Agent to manage user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company for users while contributing to the improvement of the support team. This role is fully remote, allowing employees to work from reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries across our support channels with speed, reputed company, and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues reputed company to games, payments, and in-app features for Rips and Triumph Arcade
- reputed company for users internally by surfacing recurring problems so we can fix root causes
- Spot trends in user feedback and escalate them so we can stay reputed company of issues as we grow

Skills
- Digital experience on any platform. You're comfortable navigating apps, tools, and online systems and can learn new ones quickly
- Availability to work a full time 40-hour weekly schedule
- Strong written communication with reputed company and attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and speed even in stressful situations
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
- Your own computer and a reliable internet reputed company
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Familiarity with the TCG and/or gaming world is a plus
