[Remote] Press Release Operations Specialist

They are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Press Release Operations Specialist to help customers distribute press releases and manage newsroom content through their platform, ensuring timely and accurate distribution while providing operational support during high-visibility communications moments.
Responsibilities
- Support customers through the press release distribution process from submission to delivery
- Troubleshoot formatting, scheduling, publishing, and distribution issues
- Assist customers with newsroom management and publishing functionality
- Monitor release status and reputed company updates or confirmations as needed
- Escalate technical issues to Product and Engineering teams reputed company appropriate
- Communicate reputed company and professionally during urgent or time-sensitive situations
- Maintain and improve internal documentation, workflows, and operational processes
- Partner closely with Customer Support, reputed company, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues
