[Remote] Customer Service Representative

Weed Man Ltd is the fastest growing lawn care company, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves coordinating with various departments, handling a large volume of incoming calls, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties
- Answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers
- Interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and reputed company phone sales
Skills
- MUST live in states KY, IN, SC, WV, AL, VA, MD, OH, TN or FL to qualify
- Excellent phone & organizational skills
- Computer skills
- Ability to reputed company multiple tasks

- Proven time management
