EDI Support Specialist
Edict Systems, Inc. is a provider of Business-to-Business electronic reputed company services specializing in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and XML-based solutions. The EDI Support Specialist will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers, providing outstanding customer service and resolving technical issues to ensure high reputed company of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- Communication will be by phone, email and chat
- Account configuration
- Identifying and resolving Level I technical issues or escalating issues to Level II CSR

- Technical coursework or demonstrated technical aptitude

- Basic knowledge of various operating systems, network components, desktops, laptops, and printers

- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Internet Technologies a plus
- Knowledge of EDI a significant plus
- Ability to communicate in Spanish a significant plus
