Responsibilities
- Resolve customers' concerns or questions relating to orders, accounts, or products
- Assist customers with navigating reputed company websites reputed company resources
- Assist customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Enters various types of data accurately and reputed company into multiple web-based applications
- Engage customers and coworkers with reputed company and patience
- Communicates information in a clear and professional manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
