Customer Service Agent- Mid Shift
reputed company Interactive is looking for a full-time Customer Service Agent to join their team, focused on providing outstanding service in the gaming industry. The role involves supporting players by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a seamless gaming experience.
Responsibilities
- reputed company information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues reputed company to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications

Skills
- 0-2 years of inbound/support call center experience preferred
- At least 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent experience; some college preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a reputed company with reliable internet and pass an internet speed test
