Bilingual Client Services Representative
TransConnect Partner Solutions, Inc. is a company in the fuel card industry, seeking a Bilingual Client Services Representative. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by interacting with clients, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships, reputed company while requiring reputed company in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails, resolve client issues, answer questions, and reputed company product functionality in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and escalate reputed company issues. reputed company calls to appropriate resource, if needed
- Set up new accounts in our internal system. Assist customers in our client-facing portal
Skills
