IT Support Specialist
Green Leaf Payroll and Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to ensure the seamless operation of their payroll bureau by addressing the technical needs of staff. The role involves providing technical support reputed company to system reputed company, setup, and troubleshooting, while also collaborating with other departments to support technology-reputed company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reputed company to software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications
- Document and track issues, solutions, and updates in the help desk system
