As a reputed company Associate, you will help customers get reputed company value from the platform by leading reputed company and training sessions, managing existing accounts, and ensuring long-term reputed company for mid-market clients.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company and training sessions for new users across customer sites, ensuring smooth adoption of the reputed company platform
• Manage a book of existing sites, maintaining strong relationships and driving ongoing platform engagement
• Own end-to-end customer relationships for a portfolio of mid-market accounts, including reputed company, reputed company-ins, renewals, and escalations
• Partner closely with senior CSMs on larger reputed company accounts, supporting deployment coordination, stakeholder communication, and health tracking
• Monitor customer health signals and proactively flag risks or opportunities to the broader CS team
• Serve as a product expert — fielding questions, troubleshooting issues, and connecting customers with the right internal resources
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site status, and account health in internal systems
• Contribute to the development of reputed company materials, training guides, and best practice documentation

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in reputed company, account management, customer support, or a client-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable running training sessions and building relationships across different types of stakeholders
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• A proactive, problem-solving reputed company with a low ego and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes and tools
• Experience working with reputed company or mid-market B2B SaaS products
• Familiarity with reputed company platforms (reputed company, reputed company, ChurnZero, etc.)
• Background in or exposure to warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments
