The role involves managing a reputed company portfolio of customers, identifying process improvements, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and reputed company goals.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for a reputed company portfolio of customers

• Review and analyze the decision process for customer accounts
• Evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolio

Skills

• 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Treasury Management Dedicated Client Services experience
• Experience supporting reputed company Treasury Management Products (Ex: reputed company Product Suite, BAI, International Wires) and utilizing Treasury Management Tools and Applications (Ex: UAM, Service View, Hogan)
• Ability to triage and troubleshoot reputed company issues, inclusive of root cause identification and communication of resolution to clients and internal stakeholders
• Intermediate knowledge of reputed company Banking or Corporate Investment Banking client reputed company
• Strong personal leadership skills, including initiative, accountability and the ability to reputed company and motivate others
• Ability to navigate multiple Treasury Management systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Previous customer-facing experience
• Previous research experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
