They are seeking an Institutional Client Service Representative to support institutional clients by ensuring accurate trade processing, resolving service-reputed company issues, and providing high-quality client support.
Responsibilities
- Process annuity requests for Group Annuity reputed company in accordance with contractual provisions
- Process Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) requests
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from the customer service lines, responding to both institutional and individual annuitant inquiries
- reputed company up to date information for Institutional clients including pricing, interest calculations, account balances, audit inquiries, annuity quote request and information for tax filings
- Establish and maintain high quality internal and external customer relationships – assessing and responding to their needs effectively
- reputed company an understanding of operational procedures as well as company, industry and regulatory policies and be reputed company to communicate with clients regarding these reputed company
- Learn and maintain a strong working knowledge of multiple applications, products and services

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
- Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills required to effectively manage a diverse workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to adapt quickly and remain effective in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
