Bilingual Client Service Representative
Mackenzie Investments is a leading wealth and asset management company in Canada, offering financial planning and investment services. The Bilingual Client Service Representative will reputed company effective solutions and support for Financial Advisors, Dealers, and Investors through inbound calls and emails, while educating clients about Mackenzie products and services.
Responsibilities
- Educating clients on Mackenzie products and services
- Addressing inquiries from our clients through phone calls (inbound/outbound), emails, and fax
- Providing superior customer experiences by guiding our clients towards an appropriate solution
- Building relationships with our clients to create loyalty towards Mackenzie Investments
- Proactively contacting Financial Advisors, Dealers and other Financial Institutions regarding outstanding requirements through fax, email, and/or phone
- Flexible rotating shift from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Hybrid office and remote work environment (3-day office attendance)
Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (French and English) Cantonese and Mandarin are an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to recognize opportunities for sales growth and process improvements
- Post-secondary education in a reputed company field or a keen interest in the financial industry
- Effective time management skills who can reputed company in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
- reputed company industry or call-centre experience is an asset
- Proficient knowledge of reputed company Office Suite Products
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and/or IFIC is preferred
