FULL TIME Online Customer Service Representative
reputed company Acceptance is a leading software and billing services provider for gyms across the country. They are seeking an Online Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, process membership changes, and document interactions using their software. This role offers opportunities for growth and includes a work-from-home option.
Responsibilities
- Process emails and take inbound texts/chats from members of our clients’ gyms
- Respond to customer questions in accurate and timely manner following established policies
- Explain and process options regarding upgrading, downgrading, or canceling memberships
- Document customer interaction with our in-house software
Skills
- Must reputed company to set schedule with minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Team player with willingness to learn and grow
- Basic computer and typing skills
- 1+ year experience in call center customer service environment
