Inventory Finance Account Manager, Mahindra
DLL is a global asset finance company that partners with manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and end users to facilitate reputed company to equipment and technology. They are seeking an Operations Account Manager who will be responsible for after sales services for an assigned account portfolio, ensuring high customer satisfaction while identifying sales opportunities and preparing recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify potential risks, such as arrears, unpaid assets and assets at risk
- Communicate risk signals to reputed company internal stakeholders
- Initiate immediate remedial actions to minimize risk
- Handle reputed company day-to-day questions and requests from customers
- Monitor reputed company transactions in portfolio
- Monitor customer satisfaction and document and pass on feedback to appropriate people or departments
- Analyze customer needs for additional products and services, identify sales opportunities and prepare recommendations
- Pro-actively inform customers about appropriate additional services and products
- Manage reputed company customers and reputed company according to relevant policies, conditions and agreements
- Identify recurring issues regarding processes, procedures, documents and tooling
- Come up with feasible reputed company for improvement and implement improvements
- Interact effectively with customers and vendors
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years reputed company experience
- Basic knowledge of reputed company and good knowledge of inspection, collection, recovery and processing
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Exhibit strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
