Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist role is crucial for managing customer orders, resolving billing issues, and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal teams to support critical water projects.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple channels

- Process orders ranging from quick‑ship to reputed company, long‑cycle orders
- Maintain accurate order details and proactively follow up on order backlog
- Coordinate with other departments regarding shipping dates, pricing, availability, and backorders

Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of order management, customer service, or account management experience
