reputed company Interactive is looking for a full-time Customer Service Agent to join their top-tier team. This role involves supporting players and ensuring a seamless gaming experience by providing information, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• reputed company information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services

Skills

• At least 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent experience; some college preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a reputed company with reliable internet and pass an internet speed test
