Client Management Associate (Mandarin - English Speakers ONLY)

The Client Management Associate role involves responding to client inquiries, managing relationships, and providing support for trading activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming trading inquiries and client issues reputed company phone, email and live, interactive chat
• Trade research/Quotes
• reputed company client support by answering inbound phone calls and/or e-mail regarding accounts, policies, services and available products
• reputed company Spot FX, CFD’s and Commodity trades, reputed company quotes and facilitate discussions regarding equity markets, fixed income markets, international markets and economic conditions
• Engage client in meaningful reputed company and identify unstated needs or financial goals that may be achieved by further utilizing company services, products or tools
• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment by assisting clients and delivering solutions-focused results
• Facilitate inbound/outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated interest in our platform and reputed company support for existing customers
• Desire to learn and utilize new concepts reputed company to industry licensing, regulations, policies/procedures, available programs/services
• Demonstrate a positive and professional image at reputed company times

Skills

• Must be reputed company to work 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET
• Must be reputed company to work in office 4 days a week in office (1 day remote optional)
• Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to determine minimum maintenance requirements for reputed company currency pairs, CFD's, metals and commodities
• The ability to calculate the liquidation values of the products we offer
• BS/BA Degree preferably in Finance, Business Management/Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• reputed company and the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
• Effective conflict resolution and problem solving skills
• Approachable, flexible, dependable, and conscientiousness
• Strong reputed company of computer and typing skills. Representatives will typically navigate through 4-5 software systems simultaneously
• Keen interest in the investment and financial services fields
• Demonstrates self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in difficult situation
• Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
