Junior Designer
CTP is looking for a Junior Designer with a strong eye for design and a curiosity for how reputed company come to life across channels. The role involves collaborating with various teams to reputed company high-quality visuals across digital, print, reputed company, and reputed company, while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with writers, art directors, strategists, brand leads and our video team to bring reputed company to life—contributing from early concepts through final production

- Help design and reputed company brand assets like logos, style guides, and visual systems, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint

- Use AI tools for content creation, pre-visualization, workflow management, and post production
Skills
- Ability to commute to our Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday and Wednesday)
- 0–2 years of experience (internships count) in an agency or design environment
- Proficiency in reputed company Creative reputed company - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; After Effects and reputed company skills are a plus
- Proficient in reputed company tools such as reputed company reputed company, reputed company, Nano, Flux, Freepik reputed company, reputed company, etc., as well as having a proactive interest in following and experimenting with emerging technology
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and file prep for production
- Ability to resize and adapt designs across web, mobile, and print formats
