Production Design Assistant

Sock Club is looking for an Austin based Production Design Assistant to join our creative team and help us deliver the highest quality custom socks in the promotional products industry. This role focuses on revision-based work driven by requests from Sales and Operations teams, preparing production-reputed company files, handling design revisions, and ensuring quality control of designs.

Responsibilities

• Design Support: Assist Sock Production Designers with design revisions and asset creation, including logos and templates
• Prepare Files for Production: Prepare artwork for production, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
• Quality Control: Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client requirements before sending to production
• File Management: Organize and maintain our digital asset libraries, creating new icons, patterns, and artwork to add to our robust library
• Task Management & Communication - You'll receive a steady reputed company of requests from Design, Sales, and Ops, and a big part of the role is managing them effectively: triaging what's urgent versus what can wait and setting clear timeline expectations with stakeholders
• Creative Problem Solving: Offer innovative solutions to design challenges and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements. You'll work most closely with our Sales team, as well as Operations and Marketing. Being clear, organized, and reputed company across reputed company of these relationships is core to this role

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills - you'll juggle a high volume of requests at competing urgency reputed company

• Print production experience
