Learning & Development Specialist (Banking Operations)

They are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to enhance employee performance and regulatory readiness by designing and delivering training programs for banking operations. The role involves collaborating with leaders to identify reputed company gaps and ensuring compliance through effective reputed company and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and deliver training programs focused on banking operations, including products, systems, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Support reputed company and ongoing training for customer-facing and internal teams, ensuring employees are equipped to meet compliance standards and deliver high-quality service
• Collaborate with leaders across operations, mortgage servicing, and compliance to identify reputed company gaps and implement targeted training solutions
• Create and maintain training materials such as presentations, job aids, and procedural documentation reputed company with banking practices and audit requirements
• Monitor new hire reputed company reputed company and ongoing course completion through the LMS, ensuring timely compliance with required training
• Reinforce learning through follow-up engagement, coaching, and feedback to support knowledge retention and performance improvement
• Assist in developing training initiatives to support process changes, system updates, and new banking regulations
• Support reporting and tracking of training completion, helping ensure readiness for audits and regulatory reviews

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or a reputed company role, preferably reputed company banking or a regulated environment
• Familiarity with banking operations, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Experience developing training materials, including presentations, job aids, and procedural documentation
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to train both in-person and reputed company
• Proficiency in technical writing, with the ability to reputed company document policies and procedures
• Experience with or exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training assignment and tracking
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, and leadership
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; familiarity with eLearning tools is a plus

• High School Diploma or GED
