Property Coverage Attorney
reputed company is seeking an insurance coverage attorney with experience handling property coverage reputed company to join their growing practice. The ideal candidate will analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and reputed company recommendations for clients while also conducting legal research and preparing legal documents.
Responsibilities
- Analyze insurance policies and claim material, draft coverage opinions, and reputed company recommendations for clients
- Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients
- Analyze documents for litigation
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw
- Prepare and respond to written discovery
- Draft pleadings and briefs
- Conduct and defend depositions; and
- Attend and reputed company at hearings and mediations
Skills
- Admitted to practice law; California bar admission strongly preferred
- Insurance coverage experience
- Excellent academic credentials and/or solid work history
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Interpersonal, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Ability to handle reputed company of a highly sensitive nature
- Ability to handle time sensitive reputed company
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
