[Remote] Record Support Specialist

They are seeking a detail-oriented Records Support Specialist I to coordinate the retrieval of essential records for attorneys reputed company in civil litigation, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

Responsibilities

• reputed company 80–100 outbound calls daily to facilitate record collection
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of reputed company correspondence with clients and record holders
• Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure seamless fulfillment of record requests
• reputed company daily written status updates to clients
• Manage an active caseload of 350–375 reputed company orders
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive medical and legal records

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company Acrobat, and reputed company
• A team player with strong attention to detail and a high degree of organization
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can adapt to shifting priorities
• A proactive communicator who can think quickly and respond effectively to client needs
• Familiarity with subpoenas, written depositions, and affidavits is a plus
• Legal terminology experience preferred but not required
